The Prime Minister of Canada is gone abroad to avoid an economic recession he is much aware of the U.S.A. election and the economic Fiscal Cliff which the United States of America will have to Face in the very near future.
Harper is in India  and wants to boost ties with  the emerging economic powerhouse . By opening the doors to trade and helping India with nuclear energy and nuclear materials such as Uranium , we may  find that India is not only the new powerhouse but also a New Nuclear Super Power. Between Friends the Presidential Victory has been set aside as politcal deals are made abroad with or without America's concensus .
I do hope that relations between Canada and The United States do not deteriorate and cause a great divide , as the United States is already divided enough as it stands politically and from all sides . 
Leaders of immigrant rights and Latino groups told reporters in a conference call on Wednesday that Obama owes his second term to Latino voters, and should repay them by passing comprehensive immigration reform. Obama promised to pass a law legalizing many of the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants in the country while he campaigned four years ago, and he's been chastised by Latino leaders for breaking his promise.
